Israeli soldiers close a barrier blocking the road at a southern entrance of Hebron on July 2, 2016, after Israeli troops locked down the occupied West Bank city following Palestinian attacks. Israeli forces locked gates and set barriers blocking access routes to the villages in the area and closed all the exits to the southern Palestinian city except for the northern one near the village Halhul. The army had on July 1 announced the closure as well as its intention to deploy two additional battalions to the area, following two deadly attacks. Photo by Wisam Hashlamoun
