Egyptian policemen attend the funeral of their colleagues who were killed during clashes with supporters of ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi in Cairo, Egypt, 15 August 2013. Egyptian government has said that 522 people were killed in the country on 14 August in violence linked to the police's break-up of major protest camps by Islamists in Cairo.
